DETROIT (WWJ) – A man has been shot dead overnight outside a bar on Detroit’s eastside.

The unidentified 28-year-old man was sitting in a car along Van Dyke, south of Seven Mile across from the C-Note Lounge, when someone pulled up, opened the car door and fired four shots.

According to reports, the victim’s father says there had been an ongoing feud, and the shooting was a case of retaliation.

It’s not clear what the argument was about, or if the victim had been arriving or leaving the lounge at the time of the shooting.
