Stage Collapse Kills 1 During Set Up For Radiohead Concert

TORONTO (CBS) - One person is dead three other people were injured after a stage collapsed during set up for a Radiohead concert at Toronto's Downsview Park.

There were a lot of fans still coming to the park Saturday night not knowing that the concert was canceled.

Social media played a big role in spreading the news - as people took to their phones, to find out more about the accident that happened and learning that the concert would not take place.

Police say there were three other people injured in the accident but their injuries were not life threatening.

Less than a week ago, Radiohead performed for thousands of fans at the Palace of Auburn Hills.

The show received rave reviews and marked the first time in nearly 15 years the band performed in the Detroit area.
