Rock Ventures' Chrysler House Gets Two New Tenants

DETROIT -- Rock Ventures, the umbrella entity formed to provide operational coordination, guidance, and integration of Dan Gilbert's portfolio of companies, investments and real estate, announced that two more companies will open an office this month in the Rock Ventures-owned Chrysler House.

Formerly known as the Dime Building and originally home to the Dime Savings Bank, the 23-story building is located at 719 Griswold St. in downtown Detroit.

The new Chrysler House tenants are:

* EverStaff -- The Cleveland-based recruiting company EverStaff will have a few employees in the downtown Detroit office initially, and hopes to expand as it becomes an integral part in recruiting top talent to Detroit. EverStaff is eager to meet clients' needs by offering direct hire, temp-to-hire, temporary placement services, vendor management, and employee pay-rolling services to companies in the city.

* FNC Holding Co. Inc. – FNC, a real estate information technology company based out of Oxford, Miss., will also have a handful of employees in Chrysler House. FNC's leading real estate information technology ensures compliance and streamlines workflow for major mortgage leaders, servicers, and community and regional banks. The company is expanding to downtown Detroit because of its existing relationship with Quicken Loans and Title Source, and is excited to expand its Detroit clientele and play a role in the city's revitalization.
