Stefanini Hires VP Of Application Development Services: Stefanini, the largest Brazil-based IT services company, announced the hiring of Rakesh Chitradurga as vice president of application development services at its United States headquarters in Southfield, the former National TechTeam offices. Chitradurga has led application transformational programs, application development/support and management consulting for the world's leading global institutions on both small strategic engagements as well as large-scale delivery programs. Chitradurga will report to North America CEO Antonio Moreira. Chitradurga brings over 20 years of transformational programs, application development, support and management consulting to his new role with Stefanini.  Most recently, Chitradurga was at HP, where he worked with leadership to assess and create a vision to transform a large deals organization which globally focused on applications and BPO. Prior to HP, Chitradurga worked at Wipro, where for five years he focused on large-scale application consulting, development, application managed services, and business process delivery. Stefanini, a global provider of onshore and nearshore IT consulting, integration and development, and outsourcing services, grew revenues by 20 percent in 2011 and is projecting accelerated revenue growth in 2012, with the US market identified as a key target. Billhighway Strengthens Team With Business Analyst and Network Administrator: Troy-based Billhighway, foremost provider of cloud-based financial management solutions for nonprofit organizations, announces the strategic expansion of its team with Jill Garrity, Business Analyst and Kurt Plantus, Network Administrator. Serving as a Billhighway Business Analyst, Garrity will serve as the liaison between the customer community and the application development team. In her new role, she will determine how new software applications and corresponding processes can be used to solve business challenges in a creative, scalable, and impactful way. Garrity has vast experience in analyzing metrics and reports to provide insight and recommendations to her team members. She comes to Billhighway from Team Detroit, where she was a Senior Analyst.
