Rochester Hills Man Dies After Being Found In Pool

ROCHESTER HILLS (WWJ) - Authorities say a 43-year-old Rochester Hills man has died after being found face down in a pool.

According to the Oakland County Sheriff's Department, the man was discovered around 7 p.m. Tuesday in the clubhouse pool at the Rochester Estates Mobile Home Park, near East Avon and John R roads.

Witnesses told police they saw the man at the bottom of the community pool, pulled him from the water and started CPR. There was no life guard on duty.

The man, whose name has not been released, was transported to Beaumont hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.

An investigation is ongoing.
