Man Dies Following Drive-by Shooting In Detroit
DETROIT (WWJ) - A Detroit man is dead after a drive-by shooting --- and now police are searching for the gunman.
Detroit Police Sergeant Eren Stephens tells WWJ Newsradio 950 that the 29-year-old man was standing outside of a house on Conley, in the area of Six Mile and Nevada, when shots were fired from a passing vehicle. It's the second fatal shooting on the block in a matter of days.
Police believe the weapon was an AK-47, based on bullet casings left at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
