Woman Knocked Out In Patio Furniture Fray
PONTIAC (WWJ) - Authorities are looking for a suspect after a Pontiac woman was knocked unconscious in a fight over a lawn chair.
According to Oakland County Sheriff's officials, a 56-year-old Waterford Twp. woman attacked the victim with a garden rake during the dispute on Cherry Hill Street. Officials said the woman hit the victim in the head, knocking her to the ground. She then allegedly hit her two more times, knocking her out.
The 44-year-old Pontiac woman was taken to the hospital. She regained consciousness and is expected to recover.
The suspect remained at large Wednesday afternoon.
No names have been released.
