Logic Solutions and Mobile Comply Form Mobile App Alliance

ANN ARBOR -- Ann Arbor-based Logic Solutions Inc. and Clarkston-based Mobile Comply Friday announced a strategic alliance to better serve clients seeking to conceive and develop a mobile application.

Together, the organizations offer a comprehensive, ground-up experience that includes mobile strategy, staff and executive education, user experience planning, graphic design, and technical implementation.

Mobile Comply, specializing in mobile strategic planning and mobile training, offers consultation and training programs on mobile technology -- covering topics spanning basic terminology to effective corporate implementation.

Mobile Comply's experts use proven strategies and best practices to help businesses quickly and efficiently become "mobile." A crucial component of the program involves instruction on relevant ways to incorporate mobile tools and technologies into a client's existing business processes, ultimately saving time, money, energy, and paper.

The software firm Logic Solutions launched its mobile practice in 2009, developing apps for large and small businesses. Since then, the firm has programmed more than 40 apps on iOS, Android, BlackBerry, and Windows Mobile platforms, for smartphones and tablets. Logic's clients occupy diverse industries, such as medical and healthcare, automotive, education, service, hospitality, consumer products, banking and finance, and entertainment.

Logic specializes in sophisticated backend integration, programming apps that allow businesses to create mobile technology that interacts with the systems and software they are already using. The firm's extensive experience with security, information architecture, and project management attracted Mobile Comply's CEO Elaina Farnsworth, who was searching for a developer with whom she could create a premier alliance.

"What impressed me about Logic Solutions is that I trust them to not only handle the most complex technology needs, but also to keep our clients' best interests at heart," Farnsworth said. "We were looking for a teammate who would treat our customers with the same level of attention and utmost respect that we do, and found that in Logic."

Mobile Comply offers a series of programs that are tailored to industry-specific verticals for the mobile movement in healthcare, health and wellness, automotive, and insurance. The series, "Demystifying Mobile" is an easy-to-understand guide to help businesses and organizations get started in mobile effectively.

Mobile Comply is certified to offer continuing education credits (CMEs and CEUs) within the healthcare and insurance industry for professional development renewal.

"So often customers want in-depth consultation on issues that go beyond mobile development, into strategic planning concerns for their business," said Logic Solutions president Bruce Richardson. "While our mobile specialists provide expert advice on many technical issues, we saw a definite need for an authority that has the research and experience to counsel clients on the broader business implications of mobile apps.  We feel fortunate to have developed this relationship with Mobile Comply."
