4 Suspects Sought In Pharmacy Burglaries

CANTON (WWJ) - Canton police are looking for the public's help to identify four suspects caught on camera in a string of pharmacy break-ins.

Police said the five incidents all took place since July 4, mostly between the hours of midnight and 5 a.m. The suspects usually break out a window on the door and only spend a few minutes in the store.

Police said it appears there are least two crews at work. One set of suspects consists of two white males and the other consists of two black males.

The two white men are approximately five feet six inches tall in height. They were wearing dark clothing, ski masks, baseball caps and bandannas.

The two black men also wore dark clothing, baseball caps and bandanas in order to conceal their identities. In the latest break-in on August 24, police said there were two white males and two black males also similarly dressed.

Police said the two white suspects may be driving a light-colored, four-door, mid-sized sedan -- possibly either a Pontiac G6 or Dodge Neon.

Anyone who recognizes the suspects pictured above or who has any information about these crimes is asked to call Canton police at 734-394-5400 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800 SPEAK UP. A cash reward of up to $1,000 is being offered through Crime Stoppers.
