Citizens Bank Mobile Banking works with smartphones, mobile phones with Web access and standard cell phones that have a text package.
“We continually look for ways to make our clients’ lives easier, and now with the addition of mobile banking our clients will have even greater access to their account information whenever they need it,” said Ryan Carley, Citizens Bank director of retail banking.
With Citizens Bank Mobile Banking, iPhone and Android users can download the Citizens Bank mobile app from their online app site. With the app, they have the ability to scan and deposit checks using their phone.

Clients with phones that have Web access and a data plan can visit citizensbanking.com/mobile, to enjoy a banking experience that is conveniently optimized for mobile phones.
Citizens Bank provides these mobile banking services to online banking clients free of charge. Internet and phone service provider charges for Web, data or text plans may apply.
