A portion of the demand for additional employees comes in preparation for this year’s annual open enrollment period, which calls for a significant number of licensed insurance agents to handle customer needs surrounding Medicare enrollment. The salary ranges for Dialogue Marketing’s openings vary based on employment levels and specific job roles, and many positions include commission in addition to base salaries.
