ECORSE (WWJ) – It was a tragic end for former million dollar game show winner and mother of two as friends discover her dead in a home in Ecorse.

The Lincoln Park mom continued to receive food stamps after winning the $1 million lottery prize and was charged with two felony counts of welfare fraud after failing to report her winnings to the state.

Police are waiting for an autopsy report from the medical examiner to verify the cause of death.
