Michigan Man Sues Justin Bieber, Believes He Stole From Him

DETROIT (CBS Detroit) Singing sensation Justin Bieber, presumably one of the richest pop stars around, bought himself a penis enlargement with a stolen credit card, according to a Michigan man who filed a lawsuit seeking the money back.

The man who identifies himself in court papers as Selena Gomez's father, which is unconfirmed, said Bieber spent $426.78 on the enlargement and never paid him back.

The documents claim Bieber also used the stolen American Express card to buy an abortion for his longtime girlfriend.

But before the moral majority starts shaking their finger, note that per the celeb watching website TMZ the lawsuit wanders into the world of the weird, claiming, "Usher Raymond came to my house on the forth of july 2012 and sodomized me with a firework and lit it inside my anal area while blaring kate perry [sic] firework song in my ear drums."

This is the second headline-making lawsuit Bieber has faced since he turned the ripe old age of 18. A young woman sued him earlier, claiming he fathered he baby during a backstage encounter. The claim was later proven false and the lawsuit dropped.
