It's A Merry, Merry Monday At MGM Grand Detroit

DETROIT (WWJ/AP) - MGM Grand Detroit is hosting its second annual online charitable event today.

Five local nonprofits will vie for votes on the "Touching Communities, Touching Lives" campaign's Facebook page. The nonprofits in the competition are Winning Futures, Money Matters for Youth, Cass Community Services, Matrix Theatre Company and Arab American & Chaldean Council.

The top three organizations will win their share of the $10,000 purse. Winners will be announced Wednesday.
