Epitec Launches New Web Site

SOUTHFIELD -- Epitec Inc. Monday announced the launch of its new Web site at  www.epitecinc.com, focused on providing talented technology workers with access to hiring companies throughout the United States.

By using the interactive features of the site, prospective candidates can search jobs, apply, and submit their resume easily and quickly to Epitec.

The Web site routes the resume to an Epitec recruiter who will contact the candidate to determine expectations for compensation, job responsibilities, and document other factors impacting the next step in their career. Epitec will prepare the resume, free of charge, using best-in-class methods using a proprietary format that showcases a candidate's strengths. When the formatting is complete, the resume is ready to be submitted to open positions matching their expectations, and only with their authorization.

The Web site provides employee access to Epilink, Epitec's employee portal. All other visitors to the site are able to navigate and search company information effortlessly while quickly locating the information they are looking for. The website features many photos of real people that work for the company and reflects the spirit and culture of Epitec.

"Our company image and reputation are important to us. It is exciting to see our capabilities highlighted, and the culture and spirit of Epitec reflected in our new site," said Jerry Sheppard, CEO and founder of Epitec. "I am very proud of the site because it is a place where talented people can browse for awesome technology jobs in locations throughout the country."

Epitec worked with Marketing Associates, a Detroit-based firm, to develop the Website. Marketing Associates CEO Mark Petroff called the new site "a great collaboration between our two teams. I'm convinced that our best deliverables only come with good input and strong collaboration with our clients' leadership team."

The Web site fully embraces Epitec's dedication to its people. The company tag line, "Placing People First" is really the core creative concept that drove the design for the website and portrays Epitec's strong commitment to their customers and employees.
"Our customers and employees are our people. We place them first in everything we do," said Epitech executive vice president Tony Hollamon. "We also place people first for our customers ahead of the competition and our website is just one more way we can attract and retain talent."

The Web site launch is timely because Epitec is vigorously working to match customer demand by hiring more than 600 technology resources in 2013 and hiring an additional 100 sales and recruiting staff. In the near future, the site will become a gateway for other Epitec proprietary applications.

Epitec, a 101 Best & Brightest Company to Work For in the US, a Crain's Coolest Place to Work and Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council Minority Supplier of the Year winner, was founded in 1978 and is one of the nation's largest minority-owned technology services and staffing providers.

With annual revenues of $65 million, Epitec employs around 800 professionals who work at client sites and facilities nationwide.
