Make That Order To Go! As Man Drives Car Into Domino's Pizza

MACOMB (WWJ) - Quite a scare Friday afternoon for an elderly couple and the staff at a brand new Domino's Pizza.

Randy Azmar was training employees at the Macomb location when an elderly woman walked in and ordered a pizza.

Shortly after, a car came crashing through the front door.

"It was actually her husband driving, a brand new car he had just bought today, and they drove through the entire store so his car was like in the lobby," said Azmar.

Azmar said the car almost his the driver's wife as she waited paid for her order at the counter.

"So our employee had to move that lady out of the way ... no one got hurt - but we are currently boarding up our front door ... all of our windows and doors collapsed into our store," said Azmar.

Azmar says the pizza parlor will reopen tomorrow.
