During free interactive sessions, registered dietitians at Oakwood Healthcare System walk you through topics like how to eat a nutritionally balanced meals without breaking the bank and the how-to’s of controlling portions, what all the talk about anti-oxidants is about and how to maintain a healthy vegetarian diet.

Obesity is another big challenge these days. ‘Boost Nutrition on a Budget’ tackles the how-to’s of shedding pounds without feeling like you’re starving yourself.
