FARMINGTON HILLS (WWJ) – Family and friends say goodbye to a Farmington Hills court clerk who was killed in her home last weekend.
A funeral service for Kaitlin Hehir held Saturday morning at Our Lady of Good Counsel church in Plymouth.
Hehir worked at the 47th District Court in Farmington Hills. Authorities accuse her boyfriend, William Dhondt of strangling and dismembering her body.
Police said 29-year-old Hehir was found dead Saturday night in the home she shared with her boyfriend on Colchester near Orchard Lake and 10 Mile Road.
The boyfriend of a the woman is now a suspect in her murder, reportedly confessed to the killing.
The man was expected to be arraigned on Tuesday.
