Automation Alley welcomes 24 new members in February

TROY -- Automation Alley, Michigan's largest technology business association, announces that 24 new members joined the organization in February.

"There is a rich history of innovation that exists in Southeast Michigan. It is driven today by the technologies of our member companies. They are the reason why this region continues to be a national leader in technology," said Automation Alley Executive Director Ken Rogers. "I would like to welcome our 24 new Automation Alley members and encourage them to get involved. Automation Alley membership provides meaningful business connections to experts, talent and business growth resources at home and abroad."

Additionally, in the month of February, Automation Alley's Web site, www.automationalley.com, welcomed 25,293 unique visitors and 47,353 page views. The top five most-viewed pages were Home, Member Directory, Event Calendar, IMPACT 2013, and Marketing Toolkit: Pros and Cons of Different Media. Outside the United States, the website was most often viewed by individuals and organizations in India, the Philippines, Germany, Canada and the United Kingdom, while regionally, the city of Troy led with 5,384 visits.

Since its founding in 1999, Automation Alley has expanded to include nearly 1,000 businesses, educational institutions and government entities from the city of Detroit and the surrounding eight-county region. Automation Alley promotes regional prosperity through entrepreneurial and exporting assistance, workforce development and technology acceleration.
