Michael Finney appears on “Michigan Matters” this Sunday at 11:30 a.m. on CBS 62 to talk about the state’s improving jobs picture and how the department he runs — Michigan Economic Development Corporation — is taking a proactive role in helping companies and communities retool for the 21st century knowledge economy.

Holman focuses on the impact of small business in Michigan and challenges they are facing.
