WARREN (WWJ) –  A two-car accident in Warren has left one person dead Monday night.

Police say the accident happened just before 8 p.m. at 9 Mile and Ryan roads, when two pickup trucks slammed into each other in the intersection. One of the trucks rolled over onto its roof.

Investigators haven’t released much information on the crash, other than to say they believe one of the vehicles ran a red light.

One person was killed in the crash. It’s not clear if the victim, believed to be a 59-year-old man, was a driver or passenger. Police haven’t said if anyone else was injured.
