Biggs-Gilmore Named Top Agency in 2013 Internet Advertising Competition: The Kalamazoo-based digital advertising agency Biggs-Gilmore has been named Top Agency in the 2013 Internet Advertising Competition. This is the fourth time in five years that Biggs-Gilmore has won the top slot. The agency took home a total of 24 awards, including one Best of Show award, eight Best of Industry awards, and 16 Outstanding awards. The Internet Advertising Competition is sponsored by the Web Marketing Association to honor excellence in online advertising, recognize the individuals and organizations responsible, and showcase the best in award-winning Internet advertising. It is the first and only competition dedicated exclusively to online advertising, honoring the best of the best across 96 industries and nine online formats, including online ad, video, mobile, newsletter, email and social media. Entries were judged on creativity, innovation, impact, design, copywriting, use of the medium and memorability. Biggs-Gilmore won the Best of Show Online Ad award for Froot Loops Sooper Loopers, which also won Best Food Industry Online Ad. The agency's seven other Best of Industry awards were Best Food Industry Rich Media Online Ad (Rice Krispies); Best Food Industry Online Campaign (Rice Krispies); Best Food Industry Integrated Ad Campaign (Krave); Best Food Industry Mobile Application (Heinz Ketchup); Best Food Industry Interactive Application (Heinz Vinegar); Best Food Industry Online Newsletter Campaign (Kellogg Co.); and Best Food Industry Rich Media Online Campaign (Froot Loops).
