'Michigan Matters' 2013: We're Only Warming Up

Carol Cain and the rest of the "Michigan Matters" crew got off to another red-hot year in 2013.

Leading off with the North American International Auto Show talking to movers and shakers in the industry on what's ahead for the state.

Then came another signature event for CBS 62 as "Michigan Matters" teamed up with the Detroit Economic Club and Detroit Auto Dealers Association for the Big Four leaders who took to the DEC stage to focus on the region and they made a few headlines including Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel's marriage announcement.

Next, Gov. Rick Snyder appeared at Michigan Chronicle's Pancakes and Politics forum and CBS 62 teamed up with the newspaper and brought it home for another exclusive for Michigan Matters viewers.

Plus, Allen Vigneron, Archbishop of Detroit comments on the appointment of the new pope.

There's a lot to be said and headlines to be made in 2013. The Michigan Matters crew is only warming up.
