UMTRI Sets Global Symposium on Connected Vehicles: The University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute will hold its 2013 Global Symposium on Connected Vehicles and Infrastructure May 14-16 in the Rackham Auditorium at UM’s Central Campus. Working closely with the Michigan Department of Transportation, the Texas Transportation Institute and ITS America, this symposium will have a national focus and global scope. At the same time, the event will fully engage the concentration of automotive R&D and connected vehicle deployments located in Southeast Michigan.
