Water Main Break In Plymouth Causes Lane Closures
PLYMOUTH (WWJ) - Authorities in Plymouth are currently working to fix a water main that burst early Tuesday morning.
The water main break was reported around 5:30 a.m. in a construction zone on Main and Church Streets, across from the City Hall.
City officials say the Department of Municipal Services is on the scene. Police say drivers in the area can expect some lane closures near Main and Church streets as workers try to fix the break -- which could take several hours.
Authorities say there are no reports of water outages, but some customers may experience low water pressure. Clean up of the water main break is expected to last a several hours.
Anyone with questions can contact the city municipal services office at 734-453-7737.
