Palace Sports & Entertainment Launches Palacenet.com Redesign

AUBURN HILLS -- Palace Sports & Entertainment Friday launched the redesign of its Web site at www.Palacenet.com.

It was the first major redesign for the site in nearly a decade.

The new Palacenet.com showcases the PS&E venues as the premier entertainment destinations and the four distinct PS&E brands -- The Palace of Auburn Hills, DTE Energy Music Theatre, Meadow Brook Music Festival and the Detroit Pistons.

The redesigned site features stunning design and a more streamlined, intuitive navigation for users to review seating maps, venue directions and policies, parking, dining options and more. The site, built in collaboration with carbonhouse, is also optimized for mobile use, making it easier to connect with PS&E venues on your smartphone.

On the new Palacenet.com site users can:
* Download concerts and events to your desktop or mobile calendar;
* Share upcoming events with your network of friends in social media;
* Subscribe to the PS&E news RSS feed;
* Relive all their favorite concert memories on our Fan Access page with access to PS&E social channels; fan clubs, event photo and video galleries and the PS&E mobile app scheduled to launch in June.

"We're celebrating 25 years here at The Palace and it was time to take Palacenet.com to the next level for our fans to provide a more user-friendly experience," said Charlie Metzger, Palace Sports & Entertainment executive vice rpesident and chief marketing and communications officer. "But with our great summer lineup, we wanted to do more for our fans, so we're giving them a chance to win tickets to some of our biggest shows with our 25 for 25 Summer Celebration."

The 25 for 25 Summer Celebration #Palace25 concert ticket giveaway commemorates the 25th anniversary of The Palace of Auburn Hills and the site's redesign. For 25 days -- from May 10 to June 3 -- a show will be announced on Palacenet.com where fans can sign-up and win tickets for to some of the biggest summer shows each day, including Kid Rock at DTE, One Direction at The Palace and Fun at Meadow Brook.
