DETROIT (WWJ/AP) – The Reverend Jesse Jackson will deliver the keynote address Sunday night at a gala to honor U.S. Congressman John Conyers.

The free, public event at Greater Grace Temple Church in Detroit will highlight the Michigan Democrat’s 50 years in government and civil rights.

The tribute features live music and video messages from President Barack Obama and former President Bill Clinton.
