Billboards To Feature Woman Missing Since 1990

FOWLERVILLE (WWJ/AP) - Livingston County authorities plan to put up billboards featuring a Lansing-area woman who disappeared in 1990 and two other cold cases.

WHMI-FM reports that Friday was the 23rd anniversary of Paige Renkoski's disappearance. The 30-year-old  Okemos woman was driving west on I- 96 from Detroit Metro Airport near Fowlerville when she disappeared. Reports at the time indicate she was on her way to Okemos, near Lansing.

Her car was left unlocked with the engine running and headlights on. Her purse was found inside.

Renkoski's case has been ruled a homicide, even though her body has never been found and no one has been charged in her disappearance or death.

The sheriff's department will erect the billboards in the next few weeks. They also will feature Kimberly Louiselle and Christina Castiglione.

Louiselle was a Green Oak Township teen who disappeared in 1982 and her body was found in Island Lake Recreation Area. Castiglione was a 19-year-old Redford Township woman whose body was found in 1983 in the Oak Grove State Game Area.

Authorities are continuing to ask for the public's help in solving both the Louiselle and the Renkoski case. Anyone with information is urged to call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 1-800-SPEAK UP. You can also text your tip to CRIMES (274637).
