Police Investigate Stabbing Death Of Woman Found In Apartment

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are investigating after a woman is found stabbed to death in her apartment building Tuesday morning.

Officials say the 40-year-old was discovered at the Robert's Apartments on Grand River near the Lodge Freeway.

The Wayne County Medical Examiner's office says also suffered from multiple blows to the head, and lacerations.

It's not clear who found her and the circumstances surrounding her death.
