Police On The Lookout For Aggressive Drivers

SOUTHFIELD (WWJ) - Are you a little aggressive... behind the wheel? Well, Michigan State Police may be hot on your tail as they begin a new crackdown.

While nobody's perfect behind the wheel, there seems to be a certain population of drivers who have little regard for others, and even less for the rules of the road.

Eugene Daniels drives for a living, and sees his fair share of aggressive drivers.

"I get a lot horn blowing and people cutting you off and all that stuff," says Daniels.

Another driver tells WWJ, "People cut across two lanes, go from left lane to right lane, all the way over trying to get off at the exit."

State Police say they're hearing more complaints like this, which is why troopers will be riding in unmarked cars over the next few weeks targeting those drivers for speeding, tailgating, as well as texting and other improper phone use.

If you're one of those drivers, consider yourself warned...
