Big Brother Season 15 Episode 20: Andy Plays It Safe

So much for making big moves. Andy chickened out. He decided to keep playing his own alliance. I'm surprised that Aaryn and Spencer are now only realizing how quickly the Nerd Herd will turn on those who aren't with them. Congratulations are in order for Amanda, she won TWICE for being America's BBMVP nomination, however her selfish ignorance blinds her and I've already wrote about that. I'm hoping when Amanda is out of the house -- she realizes she's a winner. A winner to be voted off by America. Wasn't it ironic how Aaryn just called herself "the good witch," because there are some other words America might choose for Aaryn. I'm glad to see she's finally a "have not." She was the last of the group to get there. I will give Andy credit for not being a puppet to either Amanda, Helen or McCrae.

War Of Words

I enjoyed seeing the battle of GinaMarie and Candice! GinaMarie did a low blow and hopefully she'll see how hurtful her words are. Aaryn is smart realizing that GinaMarie is more of a liability than an ally. GinaMarie apologizing to the houseguests when Candice leaves at least shows she has some decency but GinaMarie's apology should be to Candice. I look forward to when GinaMarie enters the jury house because I highly doubt she'll make it to the finale.

Aaryn Backdoors Judd

Big Brother has officially turned into Lord of the Flies. Judd hasn't done anything to really show he's a threat in this game, except doing what the house wanted when Judd was HOH. Aaryn's speech was very sad and weak. It was sad hearing Judd's Big Brother Funeral speech. The only person I genuinely believe who was sad about Judd's nomination was Aaryn. Another reason to get live feeds is to understand why Judd made a small jab at Jessie. Jessie and Judd had a small confrontation the night before the double eviction. I really hope the producers take a page out of Big Brother Canada and have America vote back a jury member in a few weeks.

Andy Wins HOH

After weeks of complaining, Andy finally wins a competition. We again hear Amanda lament that she wasn't able to win HOH and was really pissed that McCrae her showmance didn't let her win because seasons' past showmances have let each other win HOH. McCrae is smarter than the average showmance but Amanda is too ignorant and selfish to realize that. I really want to like Amanda but I'm not buying what she's trying to sell as her game in the Big Brother house. The HOH competition was really interesting though. It was a classic Big Brother game with a bracket style tournament. I did like this as oppose to the winner playing until they lose or win HOH.

Why Play Safe?!?

I was frustrated at Andy for making a safe move in his nominations. Andy has the perfect opportunity to nominate Amanda and Helen, who are both controlling this game and to let the house decide between the two who should go home. Also this would have given them the opportunity to play for the veto. But Andy just couldn't make a game changing move and stick to a safe plan. By eliminating the outsiders Jessie and Spencer would only delay his possibly eviction as well as having to choose a side. Better to just draw the battle lines out now. The worse that can happen is going to the jury house. None of the houseguests in the Big Brother house are going home and nine of them will be deciding who will win the game. So again I wonder why Andy played it safe and hopefully with the POV we'll see a possible switch in nominations.

Prediction For POV

I think Jessie will win POV forcing Andy to choose a replacement nominee. Here's hoping he'll either put up Amanda or Helen. A safe replacement would be GinaMarie or Aaryn. But if Andy wants to make a big move in the game he'll need to put up either Amanda or Helen.

Looking forward to Wednesday at 8 p.m. on CBS 62 to see what will happen next!
