North American Bancard Appoints New CFO: North American Bancard announced the appointment of Kirk Haggarty as the company's new chief financial officer. Haggarty joins the ranks of the North American Bancard team, effective immediately, and will work closely with the existing team to drive profitability and overall fiscal health for North American Bancard during this period of rapid expansion.
