The Road to Fitness Is BUMPY

Well, the weekend was horrifying.

My nephew is getting married.

There was a big wedding shower with beef and chicken and noodles and truffles.

I couldn't help myself.

It was a weekend of grease and sweets and I loved every minute of it.

But back to reality today.

Back to the dieting and the treadmill.  (Dreadmill.)

But get this.  I open my email at work today,  and there is an announcement from Sanders that they are now selling Chocolate Fudge Bumpy Cheesecake.  $24.99.

I'm doomed.
