AIM Computer Solutions Launches New Website
FRASER (WWJ) -- AIM Computer Solutions Inc. last week announced the launch of a redesigned corporate and product website, www.aimcom.com.
The site gives repetitive manufacturers, especially automotive production part suppliers, an in-depth look at AIM's Vision software, and introduces them to AIM's company philosophy and business practices.
The site also includes written and video customer testimonials from AIM's customer base.
The Solutions section delivers prospective clients enhanced information on AIM's ERP software offering. AIM says its Vision supply chain management software allows its users to drive out excess costs and improve inventory and production efficiencies. AIM Vision is available as on-premise software, a cloud-based service, or a combination of both.
The site's Services section is designed to introduce prospects to AIM's service benefits and business philosophy. Included are project management, customer relations management and customer support, as well as software implementation, education and training, software assessments, and the AIM Vision user group.
The site's Support Center advises potential customers of AIM's abilities to support them throughout their implementation and maintenance of AIM Vision. In addition, AIM customers can access their Support Portal via the Support Center. The Support Portal is a private website dedicated to the AIM Vision customer. Customers can submit support cases or software enhancement requests; find archived emails, newsletters and technical bulletins; download service packs; and interact with other customers via the Customer Forum.
"The response to the customer testimonials has been overwhelming," said AIM vice president of operations Jerry Czernel. "Most prospects have heard of, or are familiar with customers in our testimonial library, and our favorable reputation within the automotive supplier community has already been felt with an increase in inbound calls and inquiries."
