Police: Drug Related Shooting Injures 1 In Waterford
WATERFORD (WWJ) - Police are investigating a shooting in Waterford Friday afternoon at an apartment complex.
Police say it started when two men broke into an apartment with a handgun, but the 23-year-old man who lived at the apartment was also armed and shot at the suspects, wounding one of them.
Police say both suspects ran off and were later caught in the parking lot of the complex near Airport Road.
Police believe it was a drug related incident between all three people.
