Macomb-OU INCubator Offers Program On Strategic Planning For Biz: "1% Vision and 99% Alignment!" is the title of a program to be presented Friday, Dec. 13 at the Macomb-OU INCubator, 6633 18 Mile Road in Sterling Heights from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Kathryn Baker and Tim Kuppler of Advicoach of Michigan will teach attendees how to transform their organization's planning process and drive top and bottom line results.  The 1-Page Strategic Plan creates a unique framework that everything else is built upon, it provides a common language so everyone is clear on the priorities and it creates alignment, keeping everyone focused on the most important initiatives.
