Safety Track Introduces Fleet Camera System

BELLEVILLE (WWJ) -- The fleet safety and fleet management technology developer Safety Track has introduced UCIT -- pronounced "you see it" -- a vehicle camera system.

Safety Track says UCIT is the first system of its kind to offer live streaming video from any of four cameras, which can be placed inside or outside of the vehicle.

With a 16 panel screen on a computer, userse have the ability to watch the performance of 16 different vehicles at the same time, with live streaming video.

The application also records and stores the data for future reference.

Along with full streaming live video, the UCIT is equipped with a GPS tracking system, giving users the ability to track and monitor driver behavior.

Safety Track says increased driver awareness and safety, and reduced insurance claims, are the benefits of a UCIT system.

"For the past few years, we have been asked for a camera system from a wide variety of our customer base, to be as up to date as possible, and over the course of two years, we have developed our own system," said Jeff Stoker, Safety Track vice president of sales. "It provides all the GPS Fleet Tracking needs our customers want, and it gives them a new level of coverage, all for only a few dollars more than most are paying for a GPS tracking system. It will change how businesses do business."

Safety Track is a woman-owned business, established in 2002 to help businesses and fleet owners, maintain control of fleet vehicles through the use of GPS tracking technology and in vehicle fleet cameras.
