Tony Parker is one of the better NBA point guards. After watching these two videos, it seems that Parker likes to psych out his opponent at the free throw line.

Last night against the Chicago Bulls, Parker toed the line to shoot a technical foul free throw that was called on Chicago’s Joakim Noah.

I read the NBA’s rules on free throws, which you can read HERE, but they do not state anything about what Parker is doing.

I have never seen anything quite like this before. I know playing ball in high school my freshman coach told me to step on the other player’s feet while boxing out so they couldn’t jump, so that is cheap, but I don’t think it is as drastic as to what Parker did.

This also isn’t the first time Parker has attempted this trick either as you can see below.
