Hailey Marie Brouillet was killed last October in a multi-vehicle crash on Rochester Road near Hamlin in Rochester Hills in front of a Bordine’s store. Stephen Fischer, 65, turned himself in to crash investigators on Tuesday. He was arraigned in 52-3 District Court, charged with reckless driving causing death and reckless driving causing serious impairment of a body function.

Fischer faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
