Tomas Holmstrom Has A Unique Barbecue [VIDEO]

Supposedly it will be in the high 70s tomorrow here in Detroit -- could hit 80 degrees for the first time this year. I know I will barbecue some brats and maybe even some asparagus.
However, I don't think I will be having a barbecue like former Red Wing Tomas Holmstrom is having back in Sweden.
In a YouTube video, Holmstrom is shown hitting a puck against a big piece of meat that is hanging from his garage.
I'm not exactly sure how beating the meat is gonna make the steak better, but it seems to work for Homer.
