Blood Glucose Test Strips Recalled
DETROIT (WWJ) - A labeling error has forced a nationwide recall of blood glucose test strips.
Diabetic Supply of Suncoast, Inc. has issued the voluntary recall of Advocate Redi-Code blood glucose test strips because incorrect information on the packaging could cause confusion about which meters they can be used with.
Customers who have the affected test strips can contact the company directly to determine whether the strips need to be returned for a replacement.
