He’s one of 32 rappers in the world to be selected for the BBC Radio’s 1Xtra 2014 World Cup Freestyle competition.  Drew32 was hand-picked by the UK’s station for hip hop and R&B fans to perform a 32-bar freestyle rap about Greece for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

The Greek-American hails from Troy, Michigan and has been producing and rapping since 13. This isn’t the first time we’ve brought you news on Drew32.  Check out his interview with CW50 intern Nagsheen Nassif.

With Greece’s upcoming match you can bet Drew32’s track is getting lots of airplay on Radio 1Xtra. Drew32 appears in a music video shot on location in Greece on a beach, in a marina and in a cafe. The patriotic music video also features shots of the Greek flag and the Parthenon.
