How Many Times A Day Do You Touch Your Phone? [BLOG]

A recent BBC Health article by Helen Briggs was written about how a lot of bacteria is found on cell phone screens due to the fact that people simply transfer it to their device by touching it. While, sure, all the scientific stuff about this study can be interesting, but there was one particular sentence that stood out to me while reading this article:

"Mobile phone users have been found to touch their devices on average 150 times a day."

This got me thinking about how many times I touch my phone per day. Well, between texting, twitter, facebook, and just browsing the web, it has to be a lot. I'd estimate that I touch my iPhone screen around 200 times per day.
