84-Year-Old Man Surprises Judges On Talent Show, And More Of 'What's Trending Today' With Zahra

The lesson of the day: Don't judge a book by its cover.

It seems that the people who usually surprise judges on shows like "America's Got Talent", are those who are older, and perhaps a bit odd-looking.

That's what happened when 84-year-old Ray Jessel took the stage Tuesday night, and started performing a song he wrote. The song has a great beat and is a little dirty. But all four judges loved it and voted him through the round.

The U.S. may have lost in the World Cup, but let's take a moment to celebrate goalkeeper Tim Howard who played an amazing game and kept America running for some time.

He made some tough saves throughout the game (sixteen of them to be exact). And Twitter was on fire with comments commending Howard. My favorite tweet: "I just tried to follow Tim Howard on twitter. Got blocked."

We're learning a little more about Ryan Gosling's relationship with Rachel McAdams on the set of "The Notebook."

The director says that the film's stars, who played on-screen lovers and dated for about two years after that, were often at odds on the set. At one point, Gosling wanted her kicked off the set after the two fought.

They ended up hashing it out with the producer and things got better from there. Crazy to think there was so much tension on the set of a such a great film.
