The mid summer classic, better known to most as the MLB All-Star game, will be played on Tuesday evening. It's the American League vs. the National League to see who will have home field advantage for the World Series.

Below are my top 5 moments from previous All-Star games.

5. 2002- Torii Hunter robs Barry Bonds from a home run.

In the season following Barry Bond's 73 home run season, everyone wanted to see Bonds go yard in the All-Star game and boy was he close. That's when former Twin and now Tigers' outfielder Torii Hunter stole the show.

4. 2001- Cal Ripken hits a home run in his first at bat in his final All-Star game.

Not known for his power but more so his "streak," Cal Ripken Jr. left his impression during his final All-Star game.

3. 1993- Randy Johnson brushes back John Kruk.

Randy Johnson, better known as "The Big Unit," faced the Phillies John Kruk and on the first pitch he made sure Kruk knew who was pitching to him. Johnson went onto strike out Kruk and made him look foolish doing so.

2. 1989- Bo Jackson hits home run to dead center field and also makes a spectacular catch.

Leading off the game for the American League, Jackson made his presence known by hitting a home run to dead center field. To follow that up he also made a great running catch and stole a base. Bo knows baseball.

1. 2013- Mariano Rivera's final All-Star game.

Mo was introduced to his normal "Enter Sandman" as everyone in the stadium stood and applauded. Rivera pitched a perfect 8th inning. The moment was about as good as it can get.

It will be interesting to see how Derek Jeter will be honored on Tuesday night.
