DETROIT (WWJ) – Drivers on I-75 in Detroit Friday morning got an eyeful of a massive fire burning across the river at a Canadian food processing plant.

“It’s over in Canada, just east of Windsor, there’s a massive fire at a sprawling food production complex called Bonduelle,” WWJ’s Bill Szumanski said, hovering near the scene in Chopper 950. “This has been burning now for quite a few hours, and looks like it’s not going to be stopping any time soon.”
