Body Of Jet Skier Recovered From Water In Erie Township

ERIE TOWNSHIP (AP) - The body of a 34-year-old man who drowned after falling off the back of a jet ski in Erie Township has been recovered.

The man has been identified as Jason G. Mitchell, a resident from Perrysburg, Ohio. According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Department he fell off the jet ski around 8 o'clock Saturday night and disappeared under the water.

Mitchell was not wearing a life jacket.

An autopsy is scheduled.
