Don't Forget An Umbrella, Heavy Rain Expected Tuesday

DETROIT (WWJ) - It's going to be a wet and windy Tuesday, with thunderstorms and heavy rain expected across southeast Michigan.

CBS 62 Chief Meteorologist Jim Madaus said showers will turn into thunderstorms around mid-morning.

"Those storms will develop after the lunch hour and through the afternoon. Along with the rain, we'll see wind gusts up to 20 miles per hour," Madaus said, adding that temperatures are expected to approach the 70 degree mark.
