The Batman comic will be celebrating their 75th anniversary this year and the Toledo Walleye of the ECHL are doing their part to help celebrate.

On November 22, the Walleye will wear Batman and Riddler themed jerseys for “hero night.”

Usually you will see just the home team wear a special jersey, but in this case the Walleye will wear the Batman jerseys and the Evansville IceMen will wear the Riddler jersey.

What a great promotion.

According to CBSSports.com:

The team will be auctioning off jerseys with proceeds benefiting the Muscular Dystrophy Association, march of Dimes and the Walleye’s own charities. They will also be selling a limited number of replica Batman jerseys at the team’s store.
