Woman Arrested Twice Within 3 Hours For DWI While In Zombie Makeup [PHOTO]

'Tis the season for people to act all out of control and try to take over a holiday intended for kids for their own debauchery -- Halloween.

The story I am about to present to you is odd -- and frankly a little funny at the same time.

Drinking and driving is never a laughable offense, but when you are picked up twice within three hours and you have your face painted in a ridiculous fashion then there is some humor in it.

According to CBSNEWS.com:

Police in the town of Gates tell the Democrat and Chronicle of Rochester that 26-year-old Catherine Butler, of Rochester, was arrested around 2 a.m. Saturday when an officer spotted her driving without her headlights on.

She was taken to the police department, where a friend picked her up.

Officials say she got back in her car and was stopped again around 5 a.m. driving on the same road and still in her zombie costume and makeup. CBS affiliate WTVH reports that Butler was again charged with DWI and failure to maintain her lane.

I have a couple of questions: How did she get released so soon after her first DWI? Don't they usually make you "dry out" before you hit the road? The story says she was still in her zombie makeup when she was arrested ... did they expect her to wash her face while in jail?
